MAINTENANCE
CONTRACTS
We offer a range of annual based maintenance contracts which are essential to keeping your lifts up to standard and keep them operating safely.
REPAIR WORKS
If your lift require’s parts / repair works we are able to come and give you a free no obligatory quote for the repairs, if you have received a quote from another company and you want a second opinion please feel free to get in touch.
CALL OUTS
We can attend call outs/breakdowns where our fully qualified engineers will aim to get your lift running where possible and diagnose any need for parts or repairs works.
INSTALLATIONS &
MODERNISATIONS
MLA lifts have completed multiple installation’s in new building and “back to guide” refurbishments, where the existing lift components have been removed prior to installation of new equipment.
TECHNICAL
VISITS
At MLA Lifts we have our very own technical engineers to get to the bottom of any real on-going issues you may with your lift. If your having some issues with your lift that your current provider is struggling to get to the bottom of and want us to take a look please get in touch.
DEEP CLEANING
If your lift or lift pit is be grimmed and needs a deep clean we work alongside a specialist company who will attend site and professionally clean the required area with all the relevant qualifications to do so.
LG TESTING
We can also carry out the supplementary tests your lifts which are carried out yearly, 5 yearly and 10 yearly.
